Urban Timber is a Northwest original with roots in local communities such as Sumner, Auburn, Puyallup, Bellevue and Kent. Urban Timber represents the very best of our sophisticated urban cities and the organic vitality of the Pacific Northwest timberlands.

Dillano's of Sumner, Washington roasts our coffee locally; it's recognized as one of the nation's best! (Dillano's was previously named "Roaster of The Year" by Roast Magazine.) Our bakery items are all made with the freshest ingredients, purchased from local bakeries that are run by good hometown people.

The partners in the success of this business are led by a strong foundation of individuals who care—not only about the quality of Urban Timber's products but also about the value of your experience.

We are currently serving our customers at locations in South Hill (Puyallup), Auburn and a soon-to-be-opened location at The Crossroads in Bellevue, WA. (Located inside the new Northwest Fresh Haggen Food & Pharmacy). Concurrently we are working on opening our first Coffee, Micro Brew and Wine Bar off 68th Ave South in Kent, Washington.

Our growth is very exciting—yes! However, our most important guiding principle is to remain true to the communities we live in and work in—and the employees from those communities that make it possible. We will push forward inspired by our core pledge of "Local First."
